Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with CaseWarn. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a monthly period.
2. Annual Subscriptions – 14-Day Guarantee
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, contact us at hello@casewarn.com and we will issue a full refund – no questions asked.
After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may still cancel to prevent renewal; access continues until the end of the paid annual period.
Annual renewals (after the first year) are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next annual period.
3. Free Plan
The Free plan is free of charge; no refunds apply.
4. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. We do not issue credits or refunds for the unused portion of a higher plan.
5. Service Outages
We do not offer refunds or credits for service downtime or disruptions. If you experience a sustained outage that materially affects your use of the Service, please contact us at hello@casewarn.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
6. How to Cancel
Cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the annual 14-day guarantee, email hello@casewarn.com from your registered email address within 14 days of your annual subscription start date. Include your account email in the message. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
